lucid dreaming stories

What in case you can go to bed each night, fall asleep and have total charge of your dreams? That's really what occurs when you lucid dream, so when it occurs it is as if you're the architect of your own universe, the director and star of your own film.

You add characters, can alter scenery and orchestrate events. It is an alternate universe; you want where, if you learn the way to command it, you can select any identity.

These simple techniques can help you master the skill:
Maintain a dream diary

When you awaken, write down all you can recall. This can help you identify dream signs - features that will alert you to the truth that you are dreaming.

Reality checks

Lucid dreamers frequently use reminders as a means of reality checking account. Charlie recommended using my hand, so numerous times throughout the day I looked at my hand and asked myself: "Am I dreaming?" During a dream, my hand would not seem the same twice, and it would shock me.
The Moderate procedure

It's our "future memory" that makes this work - if you've ever gone to bed decided to awaken at a certain time, then you've already used this skill.
The "wake up, back to bed" process

Set your alarm a couple of hours earlier than normal, and take part in wakeful action for around an hour (I recommend reading about lucid dreaming), then get back to bed with a solid motive to dream.
The result of this lucid dreaming encounter...

I actually laid in bed for about an hour just contemplating the encounter, after waking up from my first lucid dream. I used to be totally mesmerized as well as at just what the head is capable of in awe. I could not believe that the entire world that I’d only been in which appeared so brilliant and vivid and in which I could touch things, taste things and odor things was simply a projection of my own thoughts. I understood very fast after waking up that I might become a regular lucid dreamer.

What also occurred to me just after waking up was that I was actually having an actual conversation with my subconscious the whole way throughout the dream in the kind of one of my pals. I was speaking to my sub-conscious and asking it questions and having a real interaction with it... something that I would have previously thought was totally impossible.
